  backgrounds\, including students\, scientists\, engineers\, and industry 
 professionals across Canada to gain theoretical and hands-on experience in
  microfluidics\, 3D printing\, and capillary circuits that can be applied 
 to their work.\n\nThe workshop will go through the theory of microfluidic 
 design and 3D printing\, hands-on experiments in the lab including high-re
 solution 3D printing\, PDMS replica moulding\, microfluidic immunoassays\,
  and ends with a team design challenge that applies all the newly gained k
 nowledge and experience to a real-world problem!\n\n \n\nWe are honored to
  welcome Prof. Jason A. Burdick from University of Colorado Boulder as our
  keynote speaker. Prof. Burdick will be delivering a talk on “Additive Man
 ufacturing of Hydrogels for Biomedical Applications”.\n\n \n
