Advancing and supporting the work of EDI is an important goal for our university. The creation of EDI committees across the institution is one approach to address and respond to the needs of community members on a more聽local level. This workshop is designed for members of EDI committees to connect, learn, and share strategies for advancing EDI goals in effective and sustainable ways.聽

Learn more at this facilitated discussion with Dr. Jessica Bleuer, Assistant Professor in Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University. Dr. Bleuer will share highlights from her research on fostering resilience in student learning environments by addressing microaggressions in a manner that considers the nervous system's response.
This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: 黑料网's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 黑料网's Policy against Sexual Violence.
