The creation of EDI committees across the institution is one approach to address and respond to the needs of community members on a more local level. This workshop is designed for members of EDI committees to connect, learn, and share strategies for advancing EDI goals in effective and sustainable ways.

Learning environments affect how students engage in learning. Learn more at this facilitated discussion with Dr. Jessica Bleuer, Assistant Professor in Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University. Dr. Bleuer will share highlights from her research on fostering resilience in student learning environments by addressing microaggressions in a manner that considers the nervous system's response.
